What this dashboard actually measures
The talent pool is the active screening pipeline of Indonesian candidates who have passed at least Gate 1 (CV relevance scan) and Gate 2 (async English + SOP comprehension) of the 5-gate funnel. Numbers on this page are point-in-time snapshots; the underlying data refreshes every 60 seconds from the live pipeline. The pool is a supply-side metric, not a placement count: a candidate counted here has not yet been placed on a paid program.
Geographic spread: ~38% of the active pool is in Jakarta, ~22% in Bandung, ~15% in Yogyakarta, ~10% in Surabaya, with the remaining ~15% spread across Medan, Denpasar, Semarang, and other cities. The three-city concentration (Jakarta + Bandung + Yogyakarta) reflects the historical depth of BPO-experienced operators in those metros, not a geographic restriction; we accept candidates from any Indonesian city that meets the connectivity and shift-overlap requirements.
Role mix: customer support and customer-success roles account for ~32% of the active pool, data entry and back-office ~28%, AI training and annotation ~14%, virtual assistant and executive support ~12%, with the remaining ~14% in sales, QA, healthcare, and operations. The mix shifts week to week based on inbound CV volume; we surface the live counts on this page so buyers can see whether the role they want to fill has a current talent supply.
