About the Role

We are looking for a English speaking video editor to help edit YouTube content and repurpose it for Instagram Reels and TikTok. The content will focus on makeup and lifestyle for a female influencer. Responsibilities: Edit long-form YouTube videos. Repurpose content into short-form videos for Instagram and TikTok. Create cover photos/thumbnails for YouTube. Adapt the editing style to match the influencer’s personality and personal branding. Requirements : Experience editing content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Understanding of pacing, storytelling, and short-form content trends. Strong visual sense, especially for makeup and lifestyle content. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines. Able to provide previous editing samples or a portfolio.

Requirements

  • English speaking (at least written English)
  • Experience editing content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Understanding of pacing, storytelling, and short-form content trends.
  • Strong visual sense, especially for makeup and lifestyle content.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Able to provide previous editing samples or a portfolio.

Skills

  • Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention
  • Cutting videos into engaging clips and highlights
  • Basic color correction and skin-tone retouching
  • Audio cleanup, music, sound effects, and subtitles
  • Creating YouTube thumbnails/covers
  • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
  • Good visual taste for makeup, beauty, and lifestyle content
  • Ability to follow an influencer’s personal branding and editing style
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and openness to feedback
