About the Role

Handle full-cycle bookkeeping, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations Prepare and maintain monthly financial reports Ensure all financial records are accurate, complete, and properly documented Perform regular checks to ensure data consistency and correctness Maintain organized filing of accounting documents and supporting records Communicate with clients in English (email and occasional calls) for clarification on transactions Support ongoing accounting tasks and internal workflows as needed Understanding SFRS is a big big plus

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (mandatory)
  • 1–3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience (required)
  • (Experience in handling full set of accounts is a strong advantage)
  • Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals (AP, AR, GL, reconciliation)
  • Able to work with structured processes and follow clear workflows
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in handling financial data
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills is must, our existing team cannot speak Indonesian.

Skills

  • Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred, Xero is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Proactive in communication and issue reporting
