Accounting Staff – Full Set & Financial Reporting

Handle full-cycle bookkeeping, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations. Record transactions in QuickBooks based on invoices, bank statements, and supporting documents. Prepare monthly management accounts, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and General Ledger. Prepare and maintain balance-sheet schedules for cash, AR, AP, prepayments, accruals, fixed assets, loans, and related-party balances. Perform month-end and year-end closing adjustments, including accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and provisions. Ensure financial records are accurate, complete, properly documented, and supported by source documents. Perform regular checks and reconciliations to ensure data consistency and correctness. Maintain organized accounting files and supporting records. Communicate in English by email and occasional calls to clarify transactions. Support ongoing accounting tasks and internal workflows. Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) is a strong advantage. Candidates with experience in month-end/year-end closing, management accounts, and balance-sheet schedules are preferred.
